User Agreement
Our service is for private individuals or legal entities like companies. You can only have one account per physical or legal entity. You can only create an account for a legal entity if you are a registered with the right to do so or the legal entity entitles you to.

An account may only be used by one person.

If we have reasonable reason to believe that you have abused the service, created multiple accounts or supplied incorrect information, your accounts can be terminated without notice and without paying out any cashback. We may claim back the repayment of cashback that has been incurred through abuse.

Cashback is calculated as a fixed amount or percentage of the order value excluding VAT, shipping, other fees and taxes. You can request payment of cashback when the store has paid it to us. Our goal is to grow through word of mouth and member satisfaction and we do our best to ensure that all cashback calculations are correct. It is online stores that calculate cashback and if their calculation would be wrong for whatever reason we will ask them to correct it, but we are not responsible for the calculation itself.

Cashback tracking uses cookies, which means that you must pause adblockers or cookie blockers while doing your purchase. To be sure that your cashback is tracked, click on a link on Reward Network and then make your purchase without opening other browser windows or tabs. If a purchase has not been tracked at an online store, we can ask you for your order confirmation to get the store to manually register the purchase. If the store refuses to register the purchase, we can not pay your refund to you. On the other hand, we remove stores from Reward Network if we feel that their tracking or registration of cashback is indequate.

We can not guarantee that our technical solution works at 100% and do not accept liability for errors resulting from this. We are also not responsible for errors in the technical solutions provided by online retailers or third party providers.

There are no taxes to pay on cashback as it is a type of discount. However, if you have earned over 999 SEK per year from purchases that others have made on your network, we pay employer tax and preliminary income tax and deduct it from the cashback.

By being a member, you agree to receive marketing in the form of email and other digital channels.

We reserve the right to make changes to this Membership Agreement at any time. All changes are published on RewardNetwork.se.

Privacy Policy
Reward Network is run by Business IT Solutions Sweden AB, org nr 559108-6573, whom is responsible for personal information handling. At Reward Network we only collect the details we need for administering your cashback and serving you as a member.

When registering we record your name and email address. This is not shared with any third party except your bank when making a payment to you, and the person who referred you to us only. We also track the IP-address used to register. If you have registered using a link from a third-party we may collect your personal number in order to verify that you are a real person. This is not shared with any third party.

We store information about clicks to webstores, order value, purchase date, whether you have recruited someone and whether you have ordered anything. The last two of these are visible to your recruiter.

We use Cookies to track our members' purchases. Our partners also use Cookies to register clicks and track purchases.

When making payments we collect details of your name, telephone number, address and occasionally personal ID number. When paying to bank accounts we collect bank clearing and account numbers. When paying to Paypal we collect the email address the Paypal account is registered to. Details collected for payments are only used for this purpose.

We don't share information with third parties except for our direct partners, e.g. connected retailers. We share information including personal ID number with government bodies only if required to by law.

By using Reward Network you consent that your personal details as given above may be stored and used by us for digital services, marketing and analysis and statistics. This consent is valid until you cancel it.

You can end your membership at any time by contacting our customer service.

We reserve the right to make changes to this Integrity Policy at any time in order to comply with new regulations and laws. All changes are published on RewardNetwork.se.
